Our servers are win 2000 with secondary hdd for backups. Our backup process is handled by a xcopy command with many parameters scheduled to run daily. Thus we are unable to backup files in use (for example ms access databases). It is not acceptable to stop the websites during the backup process because it will cause long downtimes. Also, some backup programs are taking a lot of CPU while xcopy uses nothing. Please, recommend a good backup solution for our case. Thanks in advance !
