Misconfiguration Error.
I bought a ready made auction site for a friend of mine and i keep getting an error.
Let me tell you how the setup is and tell me if you can help.
I installed the html files at /httpdocs/
I installed the image files at /httpdocs/images
I installed the pl files at /cgi-bin/
I was supposed to change the path in some of the pl files to point to the absolute basepath for the cgi-bin directory, which i've done and the last step was to access through the internet the path http://www.domainname/cgi-bin/filename.pl. When i did that i got the following error.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
I thought that maybe i used the wrong paths, but i contacted the host and confirmed that i had the right ones.
If someone can help me please PM me to give him/her access to the account to check it out.
I would really appreciate any help.
