Missing files, or magical ones at least,
I have a client, the website it www.puffinteractive.com as you can see only the CGI-BIN is showing.
He has all the DNS correct, i can tell this because when i FTP to the space it comes up with the hosts name. Also the hosts control pannel works.
There are 13 files on the server ranging from html to exe files, can anyone think of any reason why the files are not showing.
Also at http://www.hostculture.com/~puffinte/ (the back-up site) all the files are showing as being in the correct place.
Can anyone think of any idea what the domain is not working??
