Backup - Is only 1 HD just insane?

I'm rapidly outgrowing my reseller space and I'm on the verge of making the leap to RackShack. They have these bargain boxes 1.3 Celeron for $99!

But here's my Q? With only one hard drive, what happens when it fails? There's not enough BW to download all 40GB every night, so that's out as a backup strategy.

So what do people do who use boxes with one drive? Cross your fingers and hope nothing bad ever happens?

Is mirrored drives the only way to go? Any thoughts?
