Authorize.net & Windows 2000 Server

Hi Guys,

Hope you can help me out here, as I am by no means a server administrator. A few months ago our Windows Server Admin left the company I work for. He has not (and most likely will not) be replaced by an experienced Windows Admin. Believe me, that wasn't my choice.

My problem begins here: I have a site on the Windows box that has a shopping cart written in Perl. The payment gateway being used with the site is Authorize.net AIM. I have been told that non-standard Perl modules need to be installed on the machine or else the AIM gateway will not work correctly. The modules are:
IO-Socket-SSL
Crypt-SSLeay
Net-SSLeay

The box is running Windows 2000 Server and ActivePerl 5.8

I attempted to install the modules via PPM, but no luck. I only get an error message along the lines of "this is not compatible with your version of Perl".

3 weeks ago we did contract this work out to someone who said they could take care of it, but they emailed me yesterday saying they wouldn't be able to get to it any time soon. I really need this taken care of ASAP. The project has already been rotting for over 3 pointless weeks.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction? Can you give me a referral of someone who could get this done properly and ASAP?

Thanks for any help you can throw my way. I'm just about ready to quit my job and go look for someone who believes in investing in a experienced Server Administrator.

-Jen
