Dealing with growth
Once a user has outgrown his/her reseller account, what should they do once they cannot get anymore bandwidth/space on the server that they are renting bandwidth/space on? Should they move all of the clients to their new dedicated server? Or continue with the previous host and just apply new clients to the dedicated server?
