Okay this is bugging me. I have one server which is giving me a headache. Every hour at 1 minute past the hour cpanel/whm timeout. Server isn't going down, and apache is up. It sometimes takes 1-5 minutes for cpanel/whm to recover. This can be quite frustrating if your trying to do something.
I've e-mailed cpanel and they have no idea what it could be. Anyone else ever have this problem?
