Adding a Name Server

I run WHM and have a reseller that would like to have his own Name Server show up for his clients Domain Names.

ie ns1.Yaddayadda.com and ns2.yaddayadda.com
instead of our NS1 and NS2. I am pretty sure this can be done in WHM but do not want to start clicking around until I am sure of the steps.

Can someone give me a 1 - 2 - 3 on doing this?
