Mail Alerts : SMTP server allows relaying

I has did a check my server by use program : GFI LANguard Network Security Scanner . and it was the result as the next :
Information :
Mail Alerts : SMTP server allows relaying
Description : Your mail server allow remote users to send mail. This vulnerability is common target for spammers

Do this represent a danger on my server ?
An also what is it the security solutions to this matter .
I hope from you help me to the way clarification .
Type of Server : : redhat 7.3 ( CPanel ) .
