Windows 2003 server

Ok well its sort of different to my last post so I may as well post another one here hoping people with the kindness out of there hearts will be helpful to me Windows 2003 server

I would like to knwo where to start realy - what to do, what to learn. Basically I have the basic installation in front of me and I do not know where to start :O

Just giving me headers like a large list of things to do like:

IIS
-install
-learn to monitor logs
-secure it

stuff liek that - if you are avble to do somethign liek that I will give somethign in return in a couple of years if possible?
