IIS 5.0 Non Fatal Error

I am getting below error...
_
"A non-fatal configuration error occurred. Not all Available information may be displayed."
_
I am also unable to view newly added sites... and home directory of existing domains are hidden.
I looked on technet and didnt find anything. i searched the web and noticed a few posts for it on other forums but no answers on how to fix it.
