I never made root@he**.biz email account

I Folks, here's a new on for me. While checking my stats for Total Referrers, I came accross a link and visited it. I found an email address I never made "root@he**.biz"

Not only that, but the site and text appears to be in German. There is a link to my site and then the email address.

Any ideas if someone that hosts my site has made an email address using my account and that only they can access it?

I have sent a test email to root@he**.biz and did not receive it from my webmail account, nor was it bounced back to my aol account.
Any ideas?
