Sendmail only delivering Mails to my ISP E-Mails :S

Hello, i have a linux box that i am testing an i have a Problem ...

I send a Mail to xxx@hotmail.com "Dosent Work"
" " " " to xxxx@yahoo.com " " "
" " " " to xxxx@mtxcs.net """ "" ""

Only i get mails if i send it to my Provider Mail @cantv.net Sendmail only delivering Mails to my ISP E-Mails :S

Can you tell me if this is a Provider Error or a Sendmail Misconfig ? Sendmail only delivering Mails to my ISP E-Mails :S
