Alternatives to PHPTriad ?
Are there any alternatives to PHPTriad ??
They could be either Paid or Free Alternatives !!
I particularly want the one to run on my local windows98 system , which comes packed with latest versions of PHP, MySql, CGI/Perl, PHPMyAdmin.
Any suggestions and feedback would be very helpful for me !
