webmail(horde) cannot display Chinese language

When I upgrade Plesk to 5.05 with Redhat 7.3, Chinese could not appear in the webmail, it displays all question marks (?????). Before upgrade, Chinese could be seen. Anyone know how to solve this problem, Thanks !
