Apache & SSL Security 2.0.1 problem!

I installed a bunch of security and upgrades to my server from Sun for my Cobalt Raq4.

Now I can't get any of my sites up. I can ssh, email, and ftp into them - but no web pages.

I can't even get to my /admin/ section.

Any ideas?
