On my dedicated server, I have a couple IPs unused. I want to run a nameserver, and I was wondering if I should give it it's own IP or if it should run on the same IP that apache/webserver is listening on. Does it matter? Are there any pros or cons to using my main IP for both? It would free up those ips to use as private nameservers later... Thanks for your time.
