safe_mode off per user
Was hoping one of the veterans around here could give me a little help.
I have a client who needs safemode off... I've modified the httpd.conf file and restarted apache, just like every other case, but this one WILL NOT TURN IT OFF...
Any clue as to what is going on? Don't direct me to another post here or RS forum, etc... read it all.
