I don't know what it is, but after leaving my computer on for a while, I begin to send mail VERY slow, and often times end up with errors. FTP goes VERY slow also. And sometimes I can't make posts out forums. Once I restart, everything is fine again. Any idea what it is, or any suggestions on how to fix it.
