Sendmail Not Delivering mails?

Hello, can you test if you receive a Mail?

Domain Sendmail Test (if dosent work try via IP)

I dont know but i cannot receive Mail to Hotmail or Any... only to my ISP mail Sendmail Not Delivering mails?

Can you tell me if this is a Bad Configuration by me on the Server and How to repair it?
