webmail shortcut
We have a client who cannot access his webmail using this method. He can access his website, cpanel, email, ftp and everything else, but he cannot access webmail using his domain.
If he uses his ip/webmail/, it works fine.
Can anyone offer any quick tips. I've yet to look into this real hard because I don't want to waste my time if someone here can shed some light.
I was thinking:
- Firewall issue with our server and his IP range
- DNS Change issue (he switched DNS to us 2 weeks ago)
- Router issues at his end.
