One of my partners suggested that I should never go with a mySQL database driven sites (such as php-nuke) and others because once my site becomes popular, I will get kicked out of my host. He says it wastes too much resources. It's best to go with Frontpage or basic HTML editing to publish your site.
Is this true? Are mySQL database driven sites just bad for high traffic sites?
