Fatal: Kernel /boot/vmlinux-2.4.20-18.7 is too big
i just downloaded the kernel rpm using up2date,then i issued an
[ rpm -ivh kernel.rpm ]
it installed succesfully without errors.
then when i tried to issue [ lilo -v -v ]
i got the following error

Removed temporary file /boot/map~

when executing a [ df -h ] for /boot i get
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 99M 12M 82M 12% /boot
i still didn't reboot the machine.any help !!!
