POP3 mail hangs on 2 addresses, fine everywhere else.
Hello,We're experiencing a weird problem. One of our resellers has two email accounts (POP3) that don't seem to work. I've tried using them myself and it just sits at "Authorizing" for a long time then times out.
They have other emails on the two domains in question, so it's something directly relating to these two email addresses.
I'm totally stumped on what this could be. I tried re-creating their email account, nothing. I looked in the exim logs and they had thousands of queued spam emails (this is, spam sent to them, not from them). I wiped them all and still the same thing, yet, their other emails work fine.
I honestly have no clue what the problem could be. Perhaps if all the email didn't work on the domains it'd make more sense, but this really doesn't.
This is a cPanel box, incase anyone is wondering.
Any ideas?
