Cisco Flaw?
"A vulnerability was discovered and published today for Cisco Routers. The vulnerability can allow an attacker to stop the processing of all packets across a Cisco Router thus creating a DDOS attack on an entire network. We have Cisco routers at both data centers and both are being upgraded sometime in the next few hours. Further more since Cisco is the predominant provider of routes it is very possible that you will encounter network issues over the entire Internet as routers are being upgraded. We are working to make the upgrade as quickly as possible to minimize any potential disruption in service."
