switching fure-ftpd to proftpd

Since I have upgraded cpanel to the latest version. I have notice that my system is defaulting to using pure-ftpd. All my customer profiles are set up as proftpd.

Cpanel will not let me switch back to proftpd.

How do I manually switch to proftpd?
