How to get the apache page to show when you type in an IP address

When you go to the IP address of one of our reseller's accounts.....he wants it to show the APACHE page. However, it takes him to the first account that is in his ownership. None of his sites have a dedicated IP. We have setup his two IPs for his nameservers and in the reseller center in WHM we made the first one his shared IP for all accounts.

How can we make it where when someone types in the IP it will not show whatever site is first in his ownership....but it will show the apache page?
