undeleteable files - help needed
I just found some files on my server, which are completely messed up.
It's not possible to delete nor change their settings (chmod, chown, chattr).
Does anyone know how I can remove those files?
Or do they indicate a hardware (HDD) problem?
This is what ls -l comes up with:

And when I try any of the above mentioned commands, then they result in the following kind of error messages:
chown: getting attributes of `fil1.txt': Input/output error
chown: changing ownership of `fil1.txt': Operation not permitted
What can I do?
