Hello, I own Ascended Host, www.ascendedhost.com and have come into my first major problem. The thing is that two of my servers from different providers in the same datacenter, eXchange at 200 Paul Avenue in San Francisco, CA, are having problems with WHM/Cpanel. One of them had a remote reboot port I had gotten with it from HostAny, so I did a reboot, and WHM started to work for about 10 minutes, then it did the same thing, and stopped working. I tried the same on the other server, from Compady, but it ended up with the same results. I am only good at this stuff if WHM is working, heh .
Can anyone help me out? Sorry if this is a small problem and is easy to fix, its just that I do not know how to do it.
