MySQL using 251% Memory

in the TOP, it says one process of MySQL recorded as below

Top Process %CPU 1.0 /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir/ --datadir/var/lib/mysql --usermysql --pid-file/var/lib/mysql/planet.wchost.net.pid --skip-locking
Top Process %CPU 0.5 /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir/ --datadir/var/lib/mysql --usermysql --pid-file/var/lib/mysql/planet.wchost.net.pid --skip-locking
Top Process %CPU 0.4 /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir/ --datadir/var/lib/mysql --usermysql --pid-file/var/lib/mysql/planet.wchost.net.pid --skip-locking

It is using 251% Memory but then CPU is only a few

any clues whats going on with this part?
