server crashing - need help
The OS is RH Linux 7.3 with Hsphere installed and Dual P3
in my system log i found this:
cp kernel: Fatal error on ida/c0d0
After the system runs for a bit i start getting input and output errors like the following:
bash: /bin/vi: Input/output error
Users can't login and such and services slowly go down.
Is it a disk failure and how should i resolve it.
