DV6.net (Rackshack Abuse)

We are continually getting requests from Rackshack to remove the domain <whatever>.dv6.net from one of our servers. The messages come from Rackshack abuse.

Now, this domain has never EVER had anything to do with our server - but it seems that they continually point their DNS to our IP address.

Is there any way to put an end to them pointing to my IP? Can I set up some sort of null route or redirect to stop it from happening, or is there nothing we can do to stop it?

By the time the Rackshack abuse request comes in, the DNS for whatever domain they list is already pointed somewhere else.

(I should mention, this is a CPanel server).
