Hosting .cc domains

Enom tells me that there is some special registration that needs to be done with nameservers in order to be able to host .cc domains. My nameservers are not registered with enom (unfortunately), so they cannot help me do this.

What registration process needs to be done? Is there a website that you can go to to have your nameservers listed in the .cc namespace in order to be able to host .cc domains?
