Please help! qmail & sendmail mess...
Please help me. I tried installing qmail and later uninstalled it (rpm -e) now sendmail is not working. I tried to rpm -up2date sendmail and it install but I don see it working and seems damaged.
There are several sendmail and qmail files left on the machine:
/etc/sysconfig/sendmail
etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail
usr/bin/mailq.sendmail
usr/sbin/sendmail
usr/sbin/sendmail.sendmail
How I recover to a CLEAN Sendmail setup? What could happen if i RM all these sendmail - qmail related files? and do an u2pdate...
There is also the var/qmail directory
