website can't view, please help find out cause of problem
here is the problem
- my website and some of our client's website can't view it show unkonw host
- i try to ping my website with dos using full url it also show "Unknow Host" but when i try to ping using IP address there is reply without problem
- i try to view our web with diff ISP, some isp show our web but some don't show
- i try to check our server with checkdns.com our server are running OK
please help me find our cause of this problem because i already contact with nocster support but they inform us that server has no problem
