SCA/SCSI drive recommendations?

I know people have hashed this out before, but:

Can someone recommend a good 80-pin SCSI/SCA hard drive around 9GB in size, any RPM, that's reliable, low-noise, and doesn't get extremely hot? I've got a 7200RPM Barracuda from Seagate that's hot enough to cause minor blisters, and a 10K RPM Quantum Atlas that's even worse. I plan to stick it in a SPARCstation 20, which doesn't have the greatest ventilation.

I know heat is always an issue with SCSI drives, but there have to be some out there that are cooler than others. I've only really used Seagate, Quantum, and Maxtor drives, and had nothing but bad experiences with the latter... Anyone have anything good/bad to say about IBM's SCSI offerings around the 9GB mark?
