Ensim Pro ISAPI Permission

I just got my Windows 2003 server which comes with Ensim Pro 3.6 installed. I do not seems to be able to get any ISAPI/CGI running.

I had the site to set to Scripts and Executeable and at times, it just asked me to authenticate or just tells me the page is not found.

Is there anything I need to do to enable executeables such as ISAPI to run on the server ?
