PHp problem ( Please help)

Hi,

All of the php program giving 403 error. When I look apache log I am getting following mesage.

[Thu Aug 7 10:38:40 2003] [error] [client 64.231.155.230] Options ExecCGI is off in this directory: //home/userid/public_html/index.php


Any help would be appreciated.
