DNS issues, anyone had this???

I have a domain I use for my name servers registered at Enom. The IP addresses have been registered, and all name server changes went through fine. This was about 3 months ago. I am now running into problems, where, people will type in a domain based on these name servers and:

Sometimes they work with WWW
Sometimes they work without WWW
Sometimes they don't work at all

Has anyone come across this? If so, what did you do to fix the problem? Thanks.
