AOL email issue

I have a website hosted by a company who advertises here at WHT forums. However, when I try to send an email to the user who has @aol.com email account, it BOUNCES.

They don't know what it is and haven't been able to resolve this problem yet. Maybe some of you could help me/them? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
