Email server not working for one account
I am having e-mail issues with one account on my server. I am running cPanel7/WHM. Just a little background, I had some problems a month ago with ISP's blocking port 25, so I set a copy to run on 26. However, this problem seems to be beyond that, and it is only one single account. The account can't check it's e-mail. If e-mail is sent to it, the following is returned:

It seems like a MX entry issue, so I deleted and re-added the entry via cPanel, but it didn't help.
Right now I don't have ssh access, so I can only do things via cPanel.
Any ideas? I did a google search on the error, and didn't find much.
