ODD problem with some people and not others.

Seems some people can see my sites I host and some cants I dont know what it is but its odd. -Jason

seems the isp is: optonline out of new york
they cant see any sites I host. And about 1 week ago they could.
They can view the ip however :/ and they can traceroute it... Its very odd but how do I fix this?
