I killed a MAC...help!!

I was trying to integrate Mac OS X 10 with ActiveDirectory to get it authenticate users from AD and i got it to work but no GUI loads up.

And after when i rebooted the machine, it just stops responding. It takes about 30 min to get to the login screen and when i try to login (local user) it takes about 20 min and finally doesnt allow access.
Ive tried restarting it safe mode, but same thing, safemode takes about 30 min too.
Please provide any suggestions and let me know if anyone has ever had this problem.
