help! can't configure/loading website template

i brought a webhosting template on Ebay. i'm trying to configure it for my reseller account. i followed every instruction except for the one below:

B. Load http://www.yourhostingaccount.com/admin in your web browser and click on Configure Website in the navigation (in the example www.yourhostingaccount.com is your website name) this is suppose to be in a php format or something.

i emailed the seller several times to get idea what this means but no response. i'm using IE6 and do not see a navigation setting or feature. help!
