Urgent:Need help with Ensim PHP problem

Sorry I posted this in another thread and realized it should have been here.

I need help getting PHP's ftp functions to work on an Ensim box. The tech team at the Planet are stymied and have no clue what to do, does anyone here have anything to offer? This is critical I am losing clients by thehour since our primary service is crippled without this capability.
