Help With SSL

Hi, i need a little help with SSL as it's something i know nothing about.

I got my certificate and ran the install from WHM.

It verified, installed and httpd was restarted ok, and if i go to https://mydomain.com/cpanel it works, and takes me through the secure connection to cpanel.

But for links to other pages, like https://mydomain.com/order.php i get a 404 error.

What else do i need to do to be able to create a secure page?
