server hacked ?
I have some customers on my server that uses vbulletin forums on their web sites , but yesterday two of them got hacked by someone , and he said to one of them that he can hack the whole server not just his forum .
I've talked to my administrator and he said that everything is ok and the server is secure .
the php safe mode is on also we don't allow shell access , and now i'm planning to disable cgi on the server .
please tell me what to do .
note : there lot's of web sites that uses vbulletin on the same server but doesn't get hacked .
