How can I setup sendmail?

I have a linux 7.3 dedicated server and webmin 1.100 installed on the server. My sendmail server was setup correctly but I don't know how to make it work such as setting it up for my virtual domains to send/receive mails, etc. (All I need is to be able to SEND emails mostly using email form PHP scripts, etc.).

What do I need to do? I don't know where to begin. I definitely don't like the "book of webmins" tutorial. Are there any tutorials around I can use?
