All donwload files corrupt!!!
Theoretically FTP application over TCP layer should guarantee correct file downloads. The same with http downloads but since two days ago all the files (small from 1M Up to 10M) I download , are corrupt!
Both in home and in the office! I have also tried 2 different ISPs which use completely different medias (one over fibre , the other over satellite). I am using 56K USRobotics modem.
The only thing I suspect is the Norton Firewall version 2001 (I use this because it does less analysis on packets and therefore creates less load on my computer) which I have I always update it.
Is it possible that a firewall like Norton changes packet contents etc?
Or perhaps it is a new virus for ""Windows Perfect Operating System!!".
Have anyone seen such a thing?
