Server migration for 7 days ? Is that true.

Is that true ? Do you need up to 7 days for server migration ? When i send them 3 email, they threaten to block my email from their support desk. That mean, I will not have anymore support for my 1 year account if I emailed them again. This is horrible.
Whenever have problem with their server, they will blame anyone else including my ISP and my PC. At the end, it is their server fault.
